Terms of Agreement

Prestige Home Solutions LLC

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Prestige Home Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," or "us") and the undersigned client ("Client" or "you"). By booking or receiving any services from us, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Services Provided
We will provide home or commercial services as agreed upon in your booking, which may include
(but are not limited to):
* General or deep cleaning
* Organization services
* Window cleaning
* Car washing
* Garbage or bulk item removal
* Power washing
* Moving assistance
* Handyman services
* Carpet & upholstery cleaning

A detailed service description will be shared upon request or during booking.

2. Service Location & Access
* Client agrees to provide safe, reasonable access to the service location.

* Unsafe or inaccessible locations may result in rescheduling and/or additional fees.
* Client is responsible for removing valuables, breakables, and sensitive items prior to service.


3. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations
* Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in writing.
* We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a service.
* A 50% cancellation fee may be charged if canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.
* A 100% no-show fee applies if our team arrives but cannot complete the service due to locked
access or no response.

4. Payments
* Payment is due immediately after service is rendered, unless otherwise agreed.
* Accepted methods: cash, card, Zelle, or approved electronic payment.
* Late payments are subject to a 5% weekly late fee.


5. Damage & Liability Disclaimer
* We take great care during service. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly
installed fixtures, or unsecured fragile items.
* Any damages believed to be caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours.
* We reserve the right to investigate and offer repair or compensation at our discretion.


6. Safety and Conduct
* Our team reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe, unsanitary, or hostile conditions.
* Clients must secure pets, minors, and vulnerable individuals during service for safety.


7. Termination
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services for:
* Nonpayment
* Repeated cancellations
* Unsafe or inappropriate conduct

8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved
through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County.


9. Acknowledgment & Consent
By signing below or booking our services, you confirm you've read, understood, and agreed to this
Agreement, including our [Terms of Service] and [Privacy Policy].
